At Beachin Surf, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return or exchange an item. Please take a moment to review our returns policy below.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Free in-store exchange or Store Credit that can be redeemed online and in store, valid for 12 months
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Sale Items: Exchange or Store Credit to the original value paid by customer. Sale items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days.

Online Purchase

  • Eligible for Store Credit that can be redeemed online and in store, valid for 12 months. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the unwanted item and receiving the new item if an exchange is requested.
  • Timeframe: Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Sale Items: Exchange or Store Credit to the original value paid by customer. Sale items must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team on customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au or refer to instructions below. Ensure that the item is securely packaged.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

If you wish to exchange/return a product, you must leave all tags and related packaging on the items, it must not be stained or worn

You will need to return your purchase to us with related order confirmation, at your expense.

IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM, DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY

For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost of the item, unless our team determines it to be faulty. In the case of exchanging an item, the customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item. Prior to dispatching the new item, payment for the shipping cost will be required

FAULTY ITEM?

We apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect product. If this occurs, please follow the steps below so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you!

To begin the process, kindly send an email to customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au, including your order number, a brief explanation of the defective/incorrect item, and a photo of the item. Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will examine it and keep you informed about the progress. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to be processed will vary based on the policies of your card issuer.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

If you have received a damaged product please take photos straight away and email us along with your purchase details at customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKLE TO RECEIVE MY SURFBOARD PURCHASE?

If your board needs to be shaped it will take 6-8 weeks depending on your location and depending on how fast the shaper is. We are able to give you updates when requested by calling us on 02 43 965159 or email customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au. If your board is ready and in store handling and postage will take less than 2 weeks.

WHAT IF I HAVE SEEN SOMETHING IN STORE BUT I CANNOT FIND IT ONLINE?

Due to the fast pace of product coming into store somethings won’t make it online. Please call Beachin Surf on 02 43965159 and we can arrange for a phone transaction on the product you are looking for, if available.
