Please choose carefully, as we do not REFUND for change of mind or purchasing a incorrect size.
In-Store Purchases:
- Free in-store exchange or Store Credit that can be redeemed online and in store, valid for 12 months
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Sale Items: Sale items can not be exchanged once purchased. Please choose carefully.
Online Purchase
- Eligible for Store Credit that can be redeemed online and in store, valid for 12 months. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the unwanted item and receiving the new item if an exchange is requested.
- Timeframe: Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Sale Items: Sale items can not be exchanged once purchased. Please choose carefully.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team on sales@beachinsurf.com.au or refer to instructions below. Ensure that the item is securely packaged.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
If you wish to exchange/return a product, you must leave all tags and related packaging on the items, it must not be stained or worn
You will need to return your purchase to us with related order confirmation, at your expense.
* Surfboard exchanges may incur a exchange fee if there was a extra cost in shipping.

IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM, DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY
For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost of the item, unless our team determines it to be faulty. In the case of exchanging an item, the customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item. Prior to dispatching the new item, payment for the shipping cost will be required
FAULTY ITEM?
We apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect product. If this occurs, please follow the steps below so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you!
To begin the process, kindly send an email to sales@beachinsurf.com.au, including your order number, a brief explanation of the defective/incorrect item, and a photo of the item. Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will examine it and keep you informed about the progress. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to be processed will vary based on the policies of your card issuer.
