If you wish to exchange/return a product, you must leave all tags and related packaging on the items, it must not be stained or worn
You will need to return your purchase to us with related order confirmation, at your expense.

For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost of the item, unless our team determines it to be faulty. In the case of exchanging an item, the customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item. Prior to dispatching the new item, payment for the shipping cost will be required
We apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect product. If this occurs, please follow the steps below so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you!
To begin the process, kindly send an email to email@example.com, including your order number, a brief explanation of the defective/incorrect item, and a photo of the item. Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will examine it and keep you informed about the progress. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to be processed will vary based on the policies of your card issuer.
Unfortunately we do not ship overseas.
If you have received a damaged product please take photos straight away and email us along with your purchase details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your board needs to be shaped it will take 6-8 weeks depending on your location and depending on how fast the shaper is. We are able to give you updates when requested by calling us on 02 43 965159 or email email@example.com. If your board is ready and in store handling and postage will take less than 2 weeks.
