If you have received a damaged product please take photos straight away and email us along with your purchase details at sales@beachinsurf.com.au.

If your board needs to be shaped it will take 6-8 weeks depending on your location and depending on how fast the shaper is. We are able to give you updates when requested by calling us on 02 4396 5159 or email sales@beachinsurf.com.au. If your board is ready and in store handling and postage will take less than 2 weeks.
