Why isn't my sale order free shipping?
Free shipping applies to full-price gear. At 50% off we're at or near cost on most of this stock, so postage is charged separately on sale items.
Why did my postage go up when I added another jumper?
Postage is worked out by weight, same as it is for us. One jumper fits a small satchel. Four jumpers need a bigger one, and it costs more to send. We charge what the carrier charges — we don't mark it up.
Can I mix sale gear with full-price gear?
Absolutely. Your cart will show the postage for the whole order at checkout before you pay.
Can I return sale gear?
Not on this one, sorry. It's a clear-out and everything is final sale — no returns or exchanges. Happy to help you get the size right before you order. Give the shop a ring on (02) 4396 5159 and we'll talk it through.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes, and there's no postage at all if you do. We're at 262 Main Road, Toukley. The sidewalk sale runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
