Sizing

Birkenstock uses European sizing and is famous for running large — if you're between sizes, size down.

Full EU 35–44 available. Guide only — measure heel-to-longest-toe and match to your usual size; Birkenstocks run large, so size down if you're between.

Narrow vs Regular width: Choose Regular for a standard-to-higher instep (most people). Choose Narrow for slim feet — Narrow pairs are stamped with a narrow-foot icon on the footbed.

Fit check: your heel should sit inside the heel cup with about a finger's width of space at the front. The Soft Footbed feels cushioned straight away and still moulds gently to your foot with wear.
